Staring into space #10



Taking the path less trod might seem a good idea at the time but for some it might suggest the destination is fixed in concrete and all we have to do is turn sideways. Personally, I like the idea of staring at the exits and waiting to see who or what comes my way.

  1. Absolutely spot-on, Tom! When I was younger I used to flit to-and-fro, taking any avenue that showed up... as I get older I find myself doing as you mention here, watching to see the comings and goings of others. I can't figure out whether this is an element of age or wisdom.
